Beyond Technology: Making the Transformation

A successful digital transformation requires an enterprise approach to strategy and systemic change. UnConference participants believe that many companies hold the false belief that if their firm possesses isolated pockets of digital technology use within the enterprise it amounts to a digital transformation strategy. Nothing could be further from the truth.
