Sustainability Matters: Why and How Corporate Boards Should Become Involved

Despite the extensive body of literature on corporate governance and sustainability as separate areas, little attention has been paid to the interaction between the two. In particular, knowledge of the role the board should perform in overseeing corporate sustainability is limited.
