Deep Dive Exchange Series: The New Face of the Compliance Function in China

Hosted on May 7 at 3M's learning and development facilities (Shanghai), The Conference Board China Center convened its fifth Deep Dive Exchange. These sessions are informal meetings between functional peers of China Center member companies, designed to facilitate the sharing of market intelligence and business practice insights on specific “thorny” China management topics.

Kent Kedl, Managing Director, Greater China & North Asia, Control Risks, briefed the membership on the evolving nature of compliance risks in China, then explored practical measures and best practices to mitigate risks.

Members shared their experience with one another, privately, about how to best deal with this particular challenge – real experiences, practical insights, what works, what doesn’t. China Center experts facilitated the discussion, surveyed participants on the risk environment, and aggregated poll results for review.
