Social Media Settles In Among the 2012 Inc. 500

The adoption of blogs by the Inc. 500 has increased 7 percent in the past year as more CEOs provide content for them. At the same time, there is new evidence that social media results in a financial ROI by way of the recruiting effort. This new report is the outcome of a statistically sound study of the 2012 Inc. 500. There’s new incorporation of platforms and tools including Foursquare and Pinterest and a drop in the use of YouTube and Facebook.

This report was originally distributed by the Society for New Communications Research, which officially merged with The Conference Board in January 2016.
