Talent Management Center Newsletter

This month we highlight a critical issue organizations and their leaders must address. This issue is workplace abuse in its many forms. Since Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein was accused of decades of sexual harassment, a growing list of celebrities and executives have made headlines facing similar allegations. While sexual harassment has been the focus of discussions, it is important to remember that other forms of dysfunctional, discriminatory, and abusive behavior can also affect employees, performance, and company brand.

To advance the conversation about workplace abuse, The Conference Board offered three webcasts in March 2018 to provide specific steps organizations, the board, and senior leaders can take to prevent abusive behavior. We distilled insights from those webcasts into a report. In this newsletter you will find links to the report and to all three webcasts.
