As business leaders, we understand the importance of digital technologies and the transformations they enable. We work to harness innovations, both internal and external, and we devise digital strategies. But all good planning must ultimately give way to the hard work of implementation.
So all of us need to ask: In adopting technological change, how can we ensure our enterprises actually achieve the transformations necessary to deliver the benefits we desire—and promise?

Provide a “narrative for the soul” that includes conversations and dialogue intended to animate and amplify the human psyche. Having humanizing conversations with people helps create understanding of where people are and what they are doing.
As always, it really is about the people more than the technology.
