We consistently hear from our members in councils, conferences, and beyond about the high value they place on peer benchmarking. To this end, I invite you and your colleagues to participate in Corporate Communications Practices: 2019 Edition—a 20-minute survey that will help us build one of the most extensive datasets available on how companies are organizing, leading, integrating, and measuring their communications departments.
The survey is open to all communications professionals at US companies. We’re also seeking participants for two additional benchmarking efforts that drill deeper into pressing issues:
- Measuring the Impact of Data Privacy Compliance on Innovation (10 minutes): Open to managers and senior executives with responsibility for communications, data privacy, or innovation, this survey examines the balance and interplay between innovation and compliance in today’s era.
- Measuring Risks to Brand Equity: How Has It Changed in the Digital Era? (10 minutes): Open to executives responsible for managing risk (including brand risk), marketing, or communications, this survey investigates how companies are protecting their brand equity against a new era of evolving threats.
