Global political uncertainty and concern over intensified trade wars are creating a sense of urgency among Indian C-Suite executives about the resilience of their supply chains. They anticipate that using digital technology and AI will significantly enhance supply chain performance and mitigate the risk of disruptions. By leveraging AI technologies, companies can build more agile, resilient, and cost-effective supply chains.
A significant majority (54.9%) of polled Indian C-Suite executives deem the use of digital technology and AI crucial for effective performance tracking. Moreover, approximately 35% of them recognize the need to adapt their supply chains to enhance resilience against disruptions.
