Conference Speaker Release
Permission to Record and Distribute the Contents of a Conference Session
In exchange for the opportunity to participate as a speaker in the above-referenced conference (the “Conference”), I have provided biographical information and materials (“Content”) and agree that:

The Content is original. Any views expressed are solely my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Conference Board (TCB);

The Content does not contain third party materials except as permitted by, and appropriately credited to, such third party;

I may be recorded in connection with the Conference;

TCB may use my name, company affiliation, and company logo in connection with the Content, Conference communications, Conference materials, and Conference marketing; and

TCB may invite media outlets to report on the Conference
I grant to TCB a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, irrevocable right and license to record, publish, perform, distribute, create derivatives, reproduce, and use the recording and Content, in whole or in part, together with my name, my company affiliation, my company logo, and my recorded voice/likeness for any business purposes (in any format) relating to the Conference, and, without limiting the above, specifically permit the following uses:

Saved Recording (e.g. Webcast, On-Demand Viewing, or similar format)

Live Streaming

Distributing presentation materials to registered meeting attendees

Press releases
I release TCB from any and all claims against it based on the uses permitted herein, including, but not limited to, any claims for infringement of intellectual property, defamation, violation of any moral or artist rights, and/or any right of privacy or publicity. Furthermore, I affirm that I have obtained any company approvals where necessary, and that I possess the authority to grant all rights herein.
If I receive any information from TCB marked “confidential,” I agree not to share such confidential information with any third parties.
