Artificial Intelligence for Coaching

July 09, 2020 | Report

With the increased demands for more specialized and customized solutions, learning and leadership development groups are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the coaching process, raising questions about how coaching will—or won’t—change in the foreseeable future. Without a doubt, machine intelligence can analyze more data, and do so much more rapidly, than humans can. It can also spot patterns or correlations between factors that a human analyst might not be able to. AI is becoming a resource to the coaching process, including broadening access to coaching, helping to support coaching conversations, and augmenting management of coaching initiatives across the organization.
