The 2008 Executive Coaching Fee Survey

August 07, 2008 | Report

An increasing number of companies around the world are using executive coaches, and many are willing to pay top dollar for such services. In 2008, the most commonly stated fee for coaching a company’s top tier of executives in both the United States and Europe was more than $500 per hour. This report provides a breakdown of U.S. hourly rates paid by five industry groups as well as rates paid by five different-sized companies based on revenues to coach all levels of the organization.
