A Human Capital-Focused Guide to Remote Work

January 2021 | Publication

In April 2020, The Conference Board began releasing a series of reports on the COVID-19 pandemic, covering human capital topics such as the importance of focusing on employee engagement in a crisis, leading virtual teams, addressing stigma and discrimination during times of crisis, and finding innovative alternatives to layoffs.
