The impact of COVID-19 on our organizations and employees is dramatic and unprecedented. Given the current state of the pandemic, the economic implications for organizations are significant, as are the challenges inherent with insuring the safety of our employees, contractors and partners as well as those who serve and protect in the military. As organizations move from the immediate crisis to reset & recovery and eventually to the reimagined workplace, each organization, each industry and each geography will need to chart its own unique path.

In this broadcast, we will examine what members of our profession are currently doing to support our employees through this difficult time. You will also receive a first-hand account from Vice Admiral John B. Nowell, Jr., Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education, N1, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations/Chief of Naval Personnel, and hear how a human capital leader is leading the organization through this crisis as well as the lessons learned.

By attending this webcast, viewers will be able to:

  • Leverage the “return to the workplace” planner to create the organization-specific actions you should take as you plan to “rest & recover”
  • Identify specific steps HR practitioners can use to navigate through this pandemic across a range of issues
  • Develop strategies to prepare for the “next normal” on the short-term horizon and beyond

Who Should Attend: Chief Human Capital Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, talent practitioners in all areas of Human Capital who would benefit from the information that can help them more effectively support employees during this difficult time.
