Over the next decade, women will have significant economic and financial impact as consumers and investors, yet women hold only 29% of all leadership roles. Organizations that display an above-average level of gender diversity outperform diversity laggards and are more likely to have sustained, profitable growth. Similarly, these organizations often display integrating diverse thinking in their people strategy and their product and business decision-making processes.
