Aimee George Leary Talent Strategy Officer, Booz Allen Hamilton As an Executive Vice President, Aimee is responsible for developing and executing a firmwide talent strategy that creates a shared culture and engaging work environment and helps enable professional experiences for nearly 30,000 employees. She leads the Booz Allen People Services function (team of 500+ professionals) to deliver a comprehensive firmwide Employee Value Proposition, employment brand and recruiting strategies, technical and leadership development, reward and mobility programs, and the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda. In 2020, her team was honored with the prestigious Booz Allen Excellence Award (BEA) for their work in developing and activating an Employee Value Proposition (EVP), resulting in a significant increase in the firm’s employee experience survey results year-over-year. During her tenure, the team’s initiatives led to Booz Allen being honored with numerous external awards as an employer of choice. Recognition includes Forbes naming Booz Allen as a Best Employer for Women and Diversity, Training Magazine’s Hall of Fame, Working Mother Magazine’s Best Places to Work, Diversity Inc.’s Top 50, and ASTD BEST to name a few. She holds a B.S. in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
