Building an Innovative Model for Growing and Inspiring Tech Talent

Amid increasing tech talent demand and an industry-wide skills shortage, compounded by high industry attrition rates and growing capacity needs, the consultancy firm Booz Allen Hamilton determined it needed to add an additional 20,000 new hires over three years. To meet the ambitious goal of hiring for highly technical, client-facing positions, the firm’s HR team created an Integrated Technical Talent System that unified five traditionally separate components into one platform to empower employees, advance innovation and equity, and evolve as the firm grows.
