Evi Angelidou is spearheading  —TCB Advisory International— a strategic service designed to tackle today’s business challenges with precision while staying ahead of emerging trends. She helps organizations gain clarity, navigate complexity, and drive sustainable growth through actionable insights and expert guidance.

Since joining The Conference Board in 2016, Evi has undertaken different roles including managing the CR&S executive peer network, leading the commercial team, driving new product development and supporting the ESG Center. She has designed and facilitated executive workshops and tailored engagements across Europe, Asia, and the Gulf Region, helping companies integrate sustainability into their corporate strategy. Her leadership in collaborative projects on climate, circular economy, and sustainability reporting has contributed to influential research and business transformation.

Evi began her career in corporate communications, specializing in marketing, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement, before transitioning into business strategy and transformation, where she successfully led structural and behavioral change to scale up a mid-sized business into a multi-million-euro franchise.

A native Greek speaker, Evi is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She is currently an EMBA candidate, PMP® certified, and an alumna of the Sustainability Leadership program at Imperial College. She also holds a Master’s in International Communication from UWE Bristol and a BA in Translation & Interpretation from Ionian University, Greece. Passionate about giving back, she actively volunteers for Make-A-Wish Greece.
