The following is a biography of former employee/consultant

John Stodter is the Manager of Executive Programs for the Diversity & Inclusion Councils and Co-Leader of the Steering Committee of the Diversity & Inclusion Institute at The Conference Board. His work includes co-leading a committee of human capital leaders to frame, strategize, and execute offerings, programs, and research pertaining to D&I and managing a portfolio of 150+ D&I practitioners across 4 peer-to-peer executive networks. John received the Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University ILR School in 2019 and graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2011 with a BA in Communications. John is an out and proud member of the LGBTQ+ Community and strives to be inclusive in his everyday life.
