Katy Breuer

Katy Breuer is the Program Director for the Strategic PMO Executives Council, IT Audit Leaders Council, Leadership Council on Advancing Women, and the Coaching & Leadership Development Council at The Conference Board.

Katy has been a Program Director with The Conference Board for over seven years. She is also an Executive Coach and Consultant with over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership roles at Marriott International. Katy has extensive experience in project management, change management, brand management, finance, coaching and professional development. At Marriott, she served as the vice president of global operations project services, leading a team of 50 project managers, change managers, and implementation managers in deploying major initiatives into 6000-plus hotels around the world. Katy coordinated the annual initiative prioritization and planning process. Prior to her career in Marriott, she worked in consulting and as an economist for the General Accounting Office. 

Katy is a leadership coach for executives and is a graduate of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. She received an MBA in finance from George Washington University and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
