Keith McGuire

Keith McGuire is an international corporate and M&A lawyer with over 30 years' experience advising both strategic and financial investor clients on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, across a range of sectors including FMCG, energy and infrastructure and financial institutions.

Keith's career started with Clifford Chance in London in 1987 and later in Singapore where he moved in 1991.  He was a partner with Allen & Overy in Singapore and London from 1998 to 2009.  Keith was a partner, including a term as managing partner, with Ashurst in Singapore for 6 years, before joining PwC to co-found an international legal practice out of Singapore for PwC where he was managing partner.  Keith is now a Consultant with Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore.
