Lars Sudmann

Lars Sudmann held various management roles in Strategy and Finance, including Business Unit Strategy Leader as well as CFO Belgium of Procter & Gamble. He is the principal of Sudmann & Company, a consulting firm specialized in strategy execution and change leadership. Additionally, he is a lecturer on leadership and high-performance organisations at universities in Germany and Belgium. He has featured in BBC Capital, the Economist Career Network, Fast Company, Inc and many more and has given various TEDx talks on Leadership and Innovation. 

Lars is Council Director for The Conference Board's CFO Business Unit Council launched in June 2016 and the Strategy & Transformation Council launched in October 2019.
