Prior to forming his own consultancy, he had a 30-year career with Procter & Gamble, which included serving as vice-president ICT and shared services. In addition, he was a member of several executive leadership teams across different cultures and was responsible for the ICT/process transformation program for the “Europeanization and globalization” of the company. Arlequeeuw has also served as an ICT project manager for Securex and Monsanto.
