Ralph Morris

Ralph Morris is the Program Director for The Conference Board’s Labor and Employment Law Council.  After graduating from law school, Ralph taught at Indiana University Law School in Indianapolis.  He then practiced labor and employment law in Chicago, Illinois for 44 years. 

During that time, he served as the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Labor and Employment Law committee.  He also is very active in the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee of the American Bar Association.

Currently, Ralph is a Clinical Professor at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.  He also serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator of employment matters through the American Arbitration Association.
