Mark S. Rogus is Program Director for the CFO Council, Corporate Treasurers Council, and the Financial Planning and Analysis Council at The Conference Board. He is the retired Senior Vice President, Treasurer, of Corning Incorporated and has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, investment management, enterprise risk, shareholder activism preparedness, and internal controls/compliance.
He served as director and chair of the audit and finance committees for several of Corning's joint ventures and was a former member of Corning Incorporated's defined contribution and benefit committees as well as former chair of Corning Incorporated's philanthropic foundation. His community involvement includes serving as Director, Corning Museum of Glass; Director, Southern Tier Network Director; and Director, Alternative School for Math and Science.
Rogus received his BA from Clemson University and his MBA from Wake Forest University. He has board experience in education, finance, accounting, legal, fiduciary, investment management, capital raising, and corporate and board governance.
