Steve Pilotti

Steve Pilotti is the Program Director for the Chief Human Resources Officers Council III at The Conference Board. He retired as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Electrical Sector, at Eaton. In his role, Pilotti was responsible for overseeing the human resources function for the Electrical Sector with a focus on talent management and development, building functional capability and driving standardized processes to support growth. 

Prior to this role, Pilotti was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Industrial Sector; Vice President, Human Resources, Electrical Sector – Americas Region; and Vice President, Human Resources, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).  

Pilotti joined Eaton in 1986 and held a variety of HR leadership roles of increasing responsibilities across Eaton’s Vehicle and Hydraulics businesses. 

Pilotti is currently a member of the Cleveland State University Foundation Board as well as the Cleveland State University College of Business Visiting Committee.  

Pilotti holds a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Certified Retirement Coach.
