Stuart Taylor is the Program Director for the Data & Analytics Executives Council as of January 1, 2025. A former Member of this Council, he participated in Council discussions and presentations for several years while in the Convenience Retail industry.
Stuart is currently an independent consultant at Solver LLC focused on data, analytics, insights and technology, ensuring these toolsets are aligned to overall company strategy and driving value across the organization.
Prior to Solver, Stuart’s background lies in a variety of roles in insights, data, and analytics. These have all been in specific supplier, manufacturer and retailer roles in the consumer goods and retail space. Most of Stuart’s career was with NielsenIQ (formerly ACNielsen, The Nielsen Company), where he served in senior client leadership, analytic consulting and analytic product development roles. He also led the insights function for Kimberly-Clark’s North Atlantic Consumer Products division, where he led a cross-functional team consisting of business analytics, consumer and shopper insights, category management, and specialized capabilities, including breakthrough work in virtual reality. More recently, Stuart led the business insights and analytics function for Kum & Go, a medium-sized midwestern convenience retailer.
Stuart has a BA in economics from San Diego State University and an MBA in international business from St. Mary’s College of California.
