The following is a biography of former employee/consultant

Vivian Jaworsky is a Manager of Executive Programs, supporting the Learning, Talent & Organizational Performance Council, Talent Organization & Development Executive Council, Coaching & Leadership Council, and Leadership Development Council.

Prior to her current role, Vivian was a Research Analyst in the Human Capital Center. She coauthored numerous research reports in topic areas such as executive coaching, employee engagement & organizational culture, and leadership development.

Vivian is currently pursuing her master of arts in social/organizational psychology at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She received her bachelor of arts in industrial/organizational psychology with a minor in communication studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
