Boards increasingly need to understand both the US market as well as emerging markets like China and Brazil. Mary Ann Cloyd, leader of PwC's Center for Board Governance, will moderate this discussion with Adm. Joseph Prueher, former U.S. Ambassador to the PRC and current board member and David Hoffman, The Conference Board’s Managing Director for China. Adm. Prueher will give us insights into China and help directors understand what we can really expect from the PRC. Mr. Hoffman will discuss the transition of leadership in China and current economic conditions and projections.

The fastest growing APEC economies will account for about two-thirds of overall APEC trade, up from about half in 2011.
