LGBT in the Workplace and Marketplace

Twenty years ago, companies were hesitant about LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) inclusion. Today, companies are making outright efforts to attract, develop, and retain both LGBT talent and market share. To win LGBT talent, companies are striving to create more inclusive workplaces and a pipeline for leaders, often by using “straight allies.”
