Agile processes for stable teams
March 08 | Prof. David Clutterbuck, PhD, Distinguished Principal Research Fellow, The Conference Board | Comments (0)One of the biggest criticisms of Agile methodology is that it is very difficult to transfer from a project team environment to teams engaged in “business as usual” (BAU). If we are among those experiencing automatic anxiety, we need to focus on rewiring our brains to become more resilient. We can rewire our brains to minimize—and in some cases eliminate—anxiety and make other more healthy and productive behaviors into our automatic responses.
