Anu is a senior sustainability researcher in The Conference Board Corporate Leadership practice and has over 15 years of sustainability experience working across the private, public and third-sector. Prior to joining The Conference Board, Anu was in the corporate sustainability team at PwC UK, where he led on their responsible supply chain program focusing on circular economy, climate change, and social enterprises.
Before that he was at EDF Energy, where he worked on developing their 2030 sustainability ambitions. He started his career as an environmental consultant, focusing on auditing, compliance and innovation. Anu has attended the sustainability leadership program at the University of Cambridge and has completed a trans-European executive program in corporate social responsibility from Radboud University Nijmegen.
Previously, he was awarded a master’s degree in environmental policy from the London School of Economics and holds a civil engineering degree from North Maharashtra University, India. Anu is a Chartered Environmentalist and a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. He is also a trained coach and is currently pursuing an MSc in behavioral psychology and coaching at the Henley Business School.
