Biannual Trustee Policy Summit: Fall 2023 Report

On November 15, 2023, CED had the privilege of hosting its annual Virtual Fall Policy Summit. This event brought leading voices in government, economics, and geopolitics with Trustees discussing both the challenges and opportunities around some of the most pressing and consequential issues facing the country. Our Trustees participated in these conversations, which were then followed by a Trustee only Roundtable, and offered a business leader perspective.

Sessions focused on saving Social Security and reforming Medicare, conflict in Europe and the Middle East, the role of the US in the world, and the current state of the US economy and the road ahead in 2024.
