The annual Salary Increase Budgets Survey reports how much companies plan to increase salaries and bonuses in the coming year across industry and revenue group.

The 2014 projection of 3 percent is consistent with the notion that the economic recovery has not yet picked up enough strength to substantially raise salary budgets. This report analyzes the responses of 300 organizations that responded to this annual survey by The Conference Board for four different employee groups: nonexempt hourly (nonunion), nonexempt salaried, exempt, and executive.
