The median total US salary increase budgets for 2021 are 3.00 percent, the same percentage as the previous 10 years. Projections for 2022 are also 3.00 percent. The 3.00 percent median total salary increase budget for 2022 is the same across all employment categories (i.e., nonexempt hourly, nonexempt salaried, exempt, and executive).
