US Salary Increase Budgets for 2018

The median 2017 actual total salary increase budget is 3.00 percent across all employee groups. These increases are the same as the actual increases for the past six years and are exactly the same as the projected increases for 2017 in last May’s report. The projected total median increase in budgets for 2018 across all employee categories remains at 3.00 percent overall.
