Talking the Talk: Strategic HR Conversations with the Wider Business

The ability of senior HR leaders, not just HR Business partners, to initiate and manage strategic conversations is becoming a critical skill, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the wider business and a perspective that extends well beyond their functional expertise.

This Webcast will draw on recent research from The Conference Board to explore the content and issues these conversations should encompass. Critically, the Webcast will also explore what ‘earns’ senior HR leaders the right to speak to the wider business strategically and who is the most likely audience.

Contributors to the Webcast will draw on the informed opinion of top HR executives and the best practice adopted by Top 500 companies. They will also set the need for more strategic conversations in the context of TCB’s ongoing research on Next Generation for HR.
