Council

About the Council

Healthcare costs, employee expectations, and remote work are examples of the factors that add to the complexity of our work. Our conversations help us to stay abreast of what other organizations are doing and give us tools for improving our own programs. Our focus is primarily on the US, with about 20 percent of the discussion on global topics.

Topics

  • Financial well-being & retirement readiness
  • Mental well-being
  • Strategies to manage health care costs and quality
  • Impact of diverse and remote workers on benefit plans

Who Should Join?

Candidates for the Council should have major executive responsibility for the employee benefits function at large, primarily multinational employers.
