C-Suite Challenge™ 2020: Data Privacy and Cybersecurity—Mitigating Risk, Seizing Opportunity

This report, the third in a series, is based on the C-Suite Challenge™ survey and examines the responses on data privacy. It reveals how the C-suite views the impact of cyber risk and attitudes toward data privacy and data regulation on their organizations and relationships with customers and clients in a digitally transformed business environment. This year’s survey was conducted between September and October 2019 and includes the views of 1,520 C-suite executives, including 740 CEOs. Among the highlights of the findings: more than a third of CEOs surveyed say their organizations lack a clear strategy to deal with either the financial or reputation impact of a significant data breach.
