With GDP growth reaching 2.5 percent in the Euro Area and 3.3 percent globally, the fear of a recession is no longer a concern for CEOs. However, the strong expectations for further growth clash with supply constraints. Labor shortages are reaching emergency levels in Eastern Europe.
