As many of you know, we are holding a series of Chatham House Rule discussions on the evolving roles of the board in the era of ESG and stakeholder capitalism. In our June 10th ESG Alert, we highlighted insights from our first session, which focused on the impact these trends are having on board discussions and key business decisions (you can read the full summary here).
