The Reimagined Workplace Two Years Later

The Conference Board conducted its first survey tracking human capital (HC) responses to COVID-19 in April 2020 during the early stages of the pandemic in the United States. We repeated the survey in both September 2020 and April 2020. Now, two years later with COVID-19 variants continuing to appear, we again repeated the online survey with 179 HC executives who represent largely multinational companies headquartered in the US.

Join this webcast to discover how greater numbers of employees are expected to work remotely. Employers are adapting to this new work reality with flexible hours and hybrid working locations, hoping these adjustments will sustain more success sourcing talent, retaining current employees, and increasing productivity levels. This research presents current results compared to previous surveys, as well as differences between organizations with mostly professional and office workers vs. those with mostly industry and manual services workers.

As an attendee, you will learn how:

  • Hybrid work is here to stay and will be one of the most significant organizational legacies of COVID-19
  • Recruitment and retention of qualified workers have become even more challenging in the last 12 months, especially for professional and office workers
  • Employee well-being has continued to deteriorate in the past 18 months
  • Many elements of organizational culture have changed for the better since the outbreak of the pandemic

Who should attend: CHROs, HR/Talent Management leaders and employees.
