Earn CPE Credits in Management Services

Delivery Method: Group-Internet Based or Group-Live; Program Level: Intermediate; Advanced Preparation: None; Prerequisites: Must be a senior business services executive. Requirements: Virtual attendees must be logged into the meeting platform and participate in attendance checks. In-person attendees must sign-in and out each day.

Learning Objectives: Identify best practices in global business services, shared services, outsourcing and enterprise operations; and to learn from peers and subject matter experts through group discussions.

The Conference Board is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
