The Innovate & Transform Executive Leadership Academy is designed to empower participants to become forward-thinking enterprise leaders, capable of driving impact, inspiring innovation and managing transformation across the organization.

• You are an ambitious innovation specialist, currently 1 or 2 levels below the Chief Innovation / Chief R&D / Chief Strategy /Chief Growth Officer who is excited to transition from functional expert or team leader to holistic business leader.
• Or, you are a senior business leader but feel you don't have sufficient expertise to lead the necessary innovation and transformation within your company.
