The Innovate & Transform Executive Leadership Academy is designed to empower participants to become forward-thinking enterprise leaders, capable of driving impact, inspiring innovation and managing transformation across the organization.

• You are an ambitious innovation specialist, currently 1 or 2 levels below the Chief Innovation / Chief R&D / Chief Strategy /Chief Growth Officer who is excited to transition from functional expert or team leader to holistic business leader.
• Or, you are a senior business leader but feel you don't have sufficient expertise to lead the necessary innovation and transformation within your company. This program is perfectly designed to complement your leadership profile with this competence and drive impact and change for the day after tomorrow
