Sandoz International: Reaching a Tipping Point in Advancing Women Leaders

Sandoz International has successfully increased its pipeline of female talent through a three-year effort. The company’s global D&I council worked with the global executive committee to devise a multiyear agenda to advance women leaders. This was built on three supporting pillars: a refreshed talent and leadership strategy (focusing on development); deepening the culture of inclusion; and embedding D&I into HR practices. Sandoz’s global executive committee is driving the D&I agenda and taking ownership of the efforts to retain and develop female talent. Individual executives are personally involved by acting as sponsors or mentors to high-potential women and women development projects.
