The hourly rate paid to coaches of the highest level of leadership (CEO and direct reports) is rising, and some companies are spending $1 million or more a year to ensure their top leaders can manage within the continuing chaos of digital disruption, regulatory changes, demographic and consumer demands, labor shortages, and skill gaps. This seventh edition of a biennial survey focuses on how executive coaching trends are shifting and slowly evolving.
