How Microsoft Is Transforming the Worker Experience

At Microsoft, our workers define the identity of our company. While the effort was initiated and led by Microsoft Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO), this vision led to investments in six areas depicted in the graphic below and primarily focused on frictionless and secure physical and digital experience throughout all Microsoft facilities: Getting here (getting to and around work efficiently), Being here (having dynamic access to workplace services), and Working here (having powerful tools for effective collaboration and focus).
