The economy is performing moderately at around 2.5 percent on a year-over-year basis with fourth quarter slightly weaker. The outlook for 2015 however shows some upside potential. Strong job creation, more incomes, and lower gasoline prices could result in more consumer demand. In this environment, the Fed will finally end the extremely low interest-rate policy, perhaps by mid-year 2015.
