C-Suite Challenge™ 2018: Latin America Edition

For CEOs in Latin America and around the globe, fears of global recession have receded. Global recession, last year’s top hot-button issue globally and seventh in Latin America, drops to nineteenth in this year’s survey both globally and regionally. But tight labor markets have intensified talent concerns. Organizations are rethinking the future workforce. Attracting and retaining talent is the number one hot-button issue for CEOs globally and in Latin America. Other issues that have grabbed CEO attention in the region this year are volatility in cash flow, income inequality/disparity, and threats to global trade systems.
