Artificial Intelligence for HR Technology & Operations

October 11, 2021 | Report

AI offers the opportunity for exponential improvements in HR, and the HR technology & operations (HRTO) leader has a key role in building out the strategy and successfully implementing these advanced solutions. However, many HRTO professionals we spoke to report they have not made as much progress as they thought they would in this area. In this report, we share insights and highlight best practices from HRTO leaders for creating a case for technology change, identifying and mitigating risks, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and reskilling the HR team to be able to fully optimize the benefits of AI.
