Our research on current trends in human capital analytics, including profiles and case studies on leading organizations (GM, Shell, Verizon, and the NSA), shows several HCA trends emerging. These trends include: 

• In spite of their challenge to gain respect, HCA practitioners are gaining the support of the management team, as demonstrated by increasing budgets.
